Senior Director, Business Development
Baril Corporation (part of TEAM Technologies) located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development who is responsible for managing, developing, implementing, and managing a sales plan for the Company’s products and services. Travel will be expected in order to complete sales functions. Travel could be up to 75% of the time.
Duties Include:
- Develop a target account list, sales forecasts and required pipeline to support achieve defined sales goals.
- Coordinate with Company’s production, accounting and marketing personnel.
- Senior Director Business Development shall be responsible for the Company’s achievement of sales of the products and services set forth in the defined sales forecasts.
- Senior Director Business Development shall, subject to Company’s prior approval, prepare and present sales contracts to customers, order forms, and forms to report contracts signed and sales.
- Senior Director Business Development shall maintain a current listing of all Customers and potential Customers serviced by Senior Director Business Development in a CRM database.
Preference will be given to candidates that also have the following skills:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as the ability to be proactive and solution oriented.
- Background in technical sales.
- Previous selling experience to Medical OEMs.
- Web processing / converting background.
- Experience working from a home office.
Education / Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
