Production Supervisor

Team Technologies is currently seeking a 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Production Supervisor for one of our Morristown, Tennessee locations. General duties include providing leadership and training to ensure all daily shift operations are maintained effectively and efficiently.
Specifically, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the work of employees, checking and managing the schedule for production, ordering the materials needed to run production, completing all relevant and required paperwork, maintaining high quality and efficiency, and other tasks as assigned.
Excellent communication skills-verbal and written, ability to lead and mentor others while working in a team environment, and the ability to organize work priorities are skills that are needed to be successful in this position. Successful candidates will have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and be proficient in utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software. Previous experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Paychex are a plus.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience managing a production function in a manufacturing facility
- Preferred experience in 5S.
- Experience in ISO regulations required.
